Guy Fieri’s Diners Drive Ins and Dives is proud to present this episode, which features a visit at one of South's top barbecue spots, The Smoke Shack Team in San Antonio. Chris Conger runs the restaurant. Chris was on our previous trip. He is known for his amazing barbecue. Guy Fieri's Restaurant Career

Guy Fieri began his restaurant career as a teenager selling soft pretzels. His father built him a tricycle cart and he sold the snacks for money to pay for his overseas study trip.
